    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Trainer. In the role, you will drive and ensure company training requirements are met; which includes developing, updating, maintaining and conducting training sessions on various ancillary topics, such as company orientation, sexual harassment, new supervisor trainings and more. This will directly impact day-to-day guest interaction, while providing a safe and fun work environment for all.

    HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

    • Record and maintain proper training documentation in accordance with company policy.
    • Coordinates with Corporate Training Team on new initiatives and training requirements, ensuring park compliance.
    • Conducts virtual, classroom and one-on-one trainings.
    • Seeks out and leverages feedback related to training improvements, needs, and gaps.
    • Coordinates surveys and other feedback initiatives to capture training quality and impact.
    • Assists with Reasonable Accommodation site visits as needed.
    • Assists with and executes employee recognition, appreciation and exclusive events.
    • Maintains HR department training records.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Comfortable and able to speak in front of large groups and interacting with employees of all levels of the organization.
    • Passion for training and educating a diverse team.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Detail-oriented and interest in continuous process improvement.
    • Skilled with utilizing Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
    • Able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    OTHER FUNCTIONS:

    • All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
    • Reports to the Human Resources Manager
