    At Genmab, the establishment of a Power Platform is pivotal to enhance operational efficiencies and drive data-driven innovation. As the Power Platform Product Owner, you'll spearhead this initiative, lead the Power Platform Architecture, ensuring the Power Platform aligns seamlessly with Genmab's strategic goals.

    Your team will create and manage a robust Power Platform environment. By developing a strong environment strategy, governance framework, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy, you'll enable teams to effectively utilize the Power Platform. This role goes beyond technical oversight, to Architecting and Operating the platform, to promoting a culture of collaborative learning and continuous improvement.

    As the Power Platform Product Owner, your technical excellence will be crucial for ensuring the Power Platform initiatives align with Genmab's broader strategic objectives. Your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and governance strategies will be foundational in guiding Genmab towards maximizing the benefits of the Power Platform.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Spearhead the ongoing evolution and operation of the Power Platform.

    • Align Power Platform initiatives with Genmab's operational and strategic goals.

    • Develop and implement a robust environment strategy for the Power Platform.

    • Ensure effective management of development, testing, and production environments.

    • Create and enforce a governance framework to ensure compliant and secure usage of the Power Platform.

    • Develop and implement a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy to safeguard sensitive information.

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with Power Platform deliverables.

    • Engage with external vendors and Microsoft representatives to leverageadditional resources and expertise.

    • Stay updated with new features within the Power Platform, assessing their relevance and impact on the organization.

    • Assist in cultivating a Power Platform community of practice to share knowledge, resources, and solutions across the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or similar

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI

    • Experience in leading teamsis considered a plus.

    • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, environment strategies, and governance.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Certifications like Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or similar are highly advantageous.
