    FTE: 1.0 Full-Time Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7AM - 5PM

    Position Summary

    The Medical Assistant Care Coordinator is an ideal opportunity in the management of the outpatient care coordination and front/back office duties. The Care Coordinator position at MultiCare will allow you to engage with patient customers while working closely with your clinical team to provide excellent customer service and patient care. You will be an integral part of the team working under the direction of a licensed health care practitioner.

    Responsibilities

    • You will perform direct and indirect patient care in a clinical area, assisting medical staff with patient care and follow-up
    • You will utilize your knowledge towards the integration of available standards, resources, and data
    • You will assist with office duties as needed, applying your discretion, good judgment, and diplomacy towards the excellent office and patient care management
    • Partner by implementing your service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and solid decision-making capacities
    • You will effectively prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to your work duties

    Requirements

    • Completion of an accredited program for Medical Assistants
    • Minimum two (2) years in a health care experience

    Pay and Benefit Expectations

    We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $18.95 and the pay scale is $18.95 - $27.26 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
