This facility is a 100+ bed acute care center that is part of an extremely accredited health caresystem that is one of the top in the state. With an experienced Intensive Care and Critical Care team working under them, the Critical Care Nurse Director will have the support to meet and exceed the goals of the department. The RN Director Critical Care will report directly to the CNO to keep them informed on the operations of the department, and will have the support of Critical Care Nurse Managers, Intensive Care Nurse Supervisors, and an experienced CCRN support team. The Nurse Director Critical Care will oversee 44+ beds across 3 different units.

As the Nurse Critical Care Director, you will be accountable for overseeing unit operations, maintaining a fiscally sound budget, and ensuring that your staff and departments are operating at the highest level possible. The RN Critical Care Director will be an experienced nursing leader in acute care hospital Critical Care or ICU specialty.
