Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday Friday, no weekend hours required. No inpatient coverage required.

Clinician to Patient: 1 hr blocked initial evals, 45 mins treatment sessions

Outpatient Experience- must

Experience with REDOC documentation and scheduling- preferred.

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.

Maximum days off: 10 days
