A 250+ bed facility with over 100+ years of service to their community is searching for an RN Surgical Services Educator. The RN Surgical Services Educator will have the opportunity to support and educate the department by providing in-services and continued learning on updated policies and procedures while continuing the mission of providing quality patient care. The RN Surgical Services Educator will also serve as a contributor to the orientation process of new hires. While reporting to the Director, the RN Surgical Services Educator will serve as a leader and role model for the team delivering outstanding outcomes.

The ideal candidate obtaining a quick interview for this position will have OR, PACU, or Short Stay experience, an MSN with focus in Nursing Education, a certification in area of specialty, and excellent verbal and written communications skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to advance their career in education and staff development.
