Our client, a manufacturer of innovative protective technologies and productsis seeking a Quality Supervisorto join their team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Teamsupporting Production.. The ideal candidate will have Quality Inspection experience, Supervisory experienceand Leadership qualitieswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Pay Range: $90K+/annually

Whats the Job?

• Oversight of day-to-day QA Operations, assigning tasks, schedules, to meet delivery needs.
  
• Direct supervision of a team of quality inspectors and weld inspectors. Develops goals and objectives, approves weekly payroll and creates and maintains performance reviews to direct reports. Provides leadership and training to Quality employees.
  
• Coordinates closely with other depts. to ensure the flow of product in support of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  
• Documents and reports non-conforming product and ensures proper identification and segregation of nonconforming items.
  
• Ensures calibration, clean and safe work environment and proper care of equipment and machinery.
  

Whats Needed?

• 4 year degree preferred.
  
• Past leadership experience managing a large team.
  
• 10 years of continuous experience in Quality Assurance.
  
• Hands on experience with inspection tools(CMM, FARO arm, Roamer arm, etc.) and practical experience with welding and weld inspection.
  
• Experience in a machining, sheet metal/fabrication, or composite manufacturing environment a MUST.
