    Job Summary and Qualifications

    Seeking an Echo Vascular Technician PRN to join our team who will foster an environment of teamwork, quality and safety for our patients.     What You Will Do In This Role:

    • You will perform Echoes, imaging, dobutamine tests and other cardiology tests for the purpose of diagnosing possible cardiac conditions.
    • You will transport patients, distribute final reports, maintain data management system for echocardiograms, and processes documentation of tests performed.
    • You will prepare patient room and maintain and complete appropriate equipment disinfection between patients.
    • You will work as a part of a collaborative team with other hospital staff to deliver a team approach to each patient.

    What Qualifications You Will Need:

    • Registered in one of the following: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Technologist from ARDMS; or Registered Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Vascular Specialist from CCI is required.
    • 2-3 year of experience in performing echocardiography studies is required.
    • Current BLS certification is required.
