Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is preferred.

Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

40 guaranteed hours

Mon-Thurs, rotating on call at night and on call every other weekend.

Position will be mostly outpatient with call from 5:30pm to 7am week days and 24 hour call on Saturday/Sunday

Must be proficient in outpatient peritoneal dialysis

Caregivers are expected to make up any missed shifts within same pay period or following pay period, with the exception of mandated medical quarantine or at managers discretion.

Maximum days off: 7 days
