TheNurse Manager Outpatient Care will join an established organization that combines a network of highly experienced Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and various experienced healthcare providers.

Reporting to the CNO and Director of Physician Services, theNurse Manager Outpatient Care will lead the daily operations of the primary care outpatient clinic. TheNurse Manager Outpatient Care is responsible for thehealth group's fiscal operations, personnel management, employee evaluations, hiring and onboarding of new staff, monitors performance of care, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Requirements Include:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of medical practice management in primary care setting
• Ability to work independently
