I am looking for a STRONG and seasoned nurse leader for an opportunity as a Pediatric Nurse Manager for a pediatric outpatient office within Massachusetts.

This is a primary care pediatric practice consisting of a large team of multidisciplinaryprofessionals. Including general pediatricians, nurse practitioners, nutritionists, and behavioral health specialists.As theAssistant Nurse Director of Pediatrics you will directly report to the Nursing Director, and oversee a team of 20FTEsincluding nurses and medical assistants.Duties will include mentoring, budgeting, scheduling, and training.
