The Nurse Supervisor Cardiovascular ICU will serve as a team leader for other ICU Nurses in this 14 bed unit. The Critical Care Nurse Supervisor will provide education and professional development by coordinating and implementing educational programs to meet the needs of the CSICU staff RNs. They will collaborate with the Cardiovascular ICU Manager to ensure the unit is following all policies and procedures in place. This ICU Supervisor will provide exceptional service and promote an environment that values diversity, communication, teamwork and is conducive to recruiting and retaining staff members.
