    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    • Base Salary:$310K-$325KNegotiable

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
    • Schedule: (4.5 x 8s) - 36 patient hours a week at clinic site or hospital.
      • Brand New Clinic: (Mon. to Fri.):8:00ato5:00p
      • Surgery:(1)day a week at the ASC
      • Research:1-1.5 days a week
      • Teaching:1-1.5 days a week: Oversite, Grand Rounds
    • PPD Clinic: (30)
    • Surgical cases: (5-8)
    • Current Call:
      • 6 times a year
    • EMR: MedFlow, Cerner
    • Support Staff:(2)scribes,(3)techs,(1)research coordinator,(1) Orthoptist,(2.5)Photographers,(3)OPTs,(1) NP
    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
    • BC/BE (within 1 yr.)
    • Pediatric Ophthalmology Fellowship Required
