Unit Description:Calling all passionate, food-focused culinary experts! We have an exhilarating opportunity waiting for you at Premier Dining. We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and take our dining experience to new heights!
Sodexo is seeking a Executive Chef 2 for a corporate service client located in Collegeville, PA.
As an Executive Chef, you will be at utilizing local and organic ingredients when avaialble to create mouthwatering dishes that delight our guests.Picture yourself in our dynamic kitchen, overseeing multiple stations including Saut, Grill, Garde Mange, and Hearth Oven. You will be the driving force behind our culinary operations, ensuring that our line cooks deliver perfection on each plate. Your expertise and guidance will shape the flavors, presentation, and quality that our patrons crave.
This Executive Chef will work primarily Monday through Friday 6AM-4PM schedule with no weekends or holidays.
The Executive Chef 2will oversee the food production for caf operations and catering for our corporate clients.The Executive Chef duties will include but not limited to:
- Menu planning
- Ordering
- Inventory
- Food and Labor cost
- Hands on about 80% of the time
- Catering

Qualifications & Requirements:Basic Education Requirement -Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
