The PACU Nurse Manager will report to the Director Surgical Services and be an integral part of the management team. The PACU Nurse Manager will lead the team of charge nurses and staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. This individual will have the opportunity to ensure excellent quality care for the patients and staff through compliance with policies and procedures as well as staffing and evaluations.
