Manpower is currently hiring Grinders, Production Helpers & Weldersin New Lisbon, WI. These are direct hire positions that offer a permanent job from the start!

Job Titles: Grinders, Production Helpers & Welders
Location: New Lisbon, WI
Pay Rates: $20 - 24.70/hour

About the roles:
Grinders: From entry level to experienced, operates precision grinding machines to assemble products and product parts to established blueprint and engineering specifications consistent with job specifications and quality standards. Selects, mounts, attaches, and calibrates a variety of attachments, grinding machines to grind angles, contours, lines, spheres, etc. on to surfaces.

Welders: Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weld able material by applying appropriate welding techniques. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Production Helpers: Under close supervision perform a variety of tasks to assist other employees in completion of their duties such as: bringing parts to welders and grinders, Ability to learn how to operate welding equipment and grinding methods. Coordinates with other employees to ensue needed materials are in the work area.

Shift details

Full time hours- First and Second Shift

Monday thru Thursday: 5am 3:30pm & Friday 5am-10am

Monday thru Thursday: 3:30pm - 3am

$20.00-24.70 per hour depending on type of job scheduled.

Requirements:

Great attendance and work ethic.

Experience in manufacturing environment
