Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the medical setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and individualized patient care
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to established documentation standards
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge
