Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Guaranteed Hours 36

Clinical supervisor makes the schedule

Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week depending what team you are on. 1515-0645.

Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing and depending what team you are on. Fri 1515-Mon 0645.

Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff.

Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics. Total joints, sports medicine, arthroscopies, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open hearts, too many to list all - ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers

MUST have open heart experience

UAP certification

BLS Must be AHA

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

An interview may not be available prior to offer.
