    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    Essential Functions
    Dedicate 60% of their time to prospecting and lead generation through targeted accounts
    Develop strategies in key markets through account plans to increase sales
    Manage and develop profitable sales from key/complex accounts, tailoring business solutions to the customers individual business requirements
    Implement account strategies with the best value proposition to the customers strategic needs.
    Meet financial goals: Sales dollars, volume, and profit as defined by manager
    Answer and resolve customer inquiries and credit issues in a timely fashion
    Create strong working relationships within the organization
    Complete general paperwork and documentations associated with the sale of product


    Competency Statement
    Robust knowledge of the corrugated packaging and paper industry
    Excellent negotiation skills
    Proven conflicts resolution experience resulting in a win-win for both parties
    Relates well to people and builds appropriate rapport along with constructive and effective relationships
    Able to make timely decisions, at times with minimal information and tight deadlines
    Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
    Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills

    Qualifications:

    Requirements and Skills
    Education: BS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
    Experience: 3-5 years minimum experience in direct selling within the paper, packaging, or corrugated with a proven track record of closing new accounts and growing sales volume
    Strong Microsoft Suites skills
    Working knowledge of corrugated mainframe systems (e.g., KIWI) is a plus
    Travel: 70% - mostly day and car travel, home at night (within the Eastern third of Wisconsin)
