Reporting to the Director of Neonatal Services, the NICU Nurse Educator leads department education and professional development initiatives. The NICU Nurse Educator will be responsible for being an expert in their field and will be a department resource for the NICU Leaders, NICU Nurses and support staff. The NICU Nurse Educator will coordinate department in-service meetings and staff training including new hire and new-to-department onboarding and orientation.
