Reporting to the Vice President of Surgical Services, the Pre/Post Op Nurse Director will use their comprehensive clinical and managerial expertise to support and grow these active departments. The RN Director of Pre Op and Recovery Unit will manage a strong team of Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, and other support staff. In addition to operational and budgetary duties, the Pre/Post Op Nurse Director is responsible for shaping the long-term vision of the assigned units and achieving departmental goals to improve the standard of care.
