This 100+ bed, Skilled Nursing Facility is known for its patient-first commitment to quality care and has a reputation for treating patients and families with dignity and respect. This Skilled Nursing Facility provides numerous services including social service assistance, dental services, podiatry, respiratory services, and many more.

The Long-Term Acute Care RN will provide direct patient care while working as a team with fellow department RNs, CNAs, and Techs. The Long-Term Acute Care RN will assess patients, plan care, and implement and evaluate the care plan in accordance with hospital nursing protocols and standards of care.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse
• 1-year experience preferred
