HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

As a Kit Line Assembler you play a key role in safely packaging our customers quality products by assembling, labeling, packing, and stacking packaged products.

Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

• Safely assemble and pack custom products for our customers in the lawn, garden, and recreational industries by counting, packing and palletizing for shipment.
• Contribute to our quality initiatives by identifying defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Assist teammates with changeovers of the assembly line equipment and materials.
• Stage finished products for shipment by lifting, carrying, and operating pallet jacks

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications)

• Safety and quality mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to repetitively lift 10 lbs (frequently lift up to 60 lbs)
• High School diploma or GED
• Basic mathematical abilities and computer literacy

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior production, light assembly, light industrial, packaging, or general labor experience
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
• Understanding of Lean Principles
