ThisPediatric RN Manager will report to the Nurse Director and lead an experienced team across three busy pediatric units (inpatient peds, NICU, andPICU). This Manager will posses administrative responsibilities as they assist with department budgeting, staffing, educational needs, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This Nurse Manager Pediatricswill also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulationsare upheld.

Requirements include:

• ActiveNYSRN license
• 3+ yearsof clinical experience inpediatrics/pediatric critical care
• 3+ years of previous RN leadership experience (Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, and/or Manager)
