The Leidos Health & Civil Sector is hiring Clinical Psychologists to provide referral services and expert consultation on various Employee Assistance Program and work/life issues for the government customers staff and contractor personnel. Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance is required to start *but Leidos will consider sponsoring qualified individuals towards gaining the required clearance for this position.
Work is performed on-site in McLean, VA. There is no option for remote work.

Primary Responsibilities:
Meet virtually with scheduled clients, either by phone or video, as applicable to each consultation
Diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultations
Conduct diagnostic interviews and therapy sessions using evidence-based and brief therapeutic models.
Provide support for fatigue management and a national health care referral capability/networks
Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation
Consult with management and other medical staff as needed
Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops
Three shifts to choose from! Monday - Friday. Set shifts (no shift rotation required).
6 am 2 pm
2 pm 10 pm (15% shift differential paid)
10 pm 6 am (25% shift differential paid)

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or related with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate.
Must have licensure to work at an independent level. A current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from one of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. that grants the authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields is required.
Experience providing behavioral health support to military, intelligence and/or federal communities
Candidate must possess current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph OR candidates that are willing to go through the process of obtaining this clearance may be considered.
Experience conducting assessments and clinical interviews to include documenting clinical findings
Ability to diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy
Strong clinical abilities, and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment.
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Detail-Oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of government contract operations

Pay Range:
Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
