Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 45 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Average number of Cases per day: 5-6 PT

Weekend Coverage/Rotation (i.e. every other, every 3rd): Every 6th Saturday

Holiday Coverage/Rotation: Every 6th

Completion of an accredited physical therapy program required.

Prior work experience as a therapist in a clinical setting helpful. National registration and licensure for the state of practice, if required.
