    Mishkon residential program helps this population with that challenge. As a Direct Support Professional, youll be a teacher, a mentor, a role model, and a friend, helping this populationachieve a great quality of life. That means helping them build and practice independent living skills everything from supporting daily routines such as making plans with friends, joining community events, grocery shopping and cooking, to personal care and recreational activities. Simply put, its a chance to help others thrive.

    Qualifications

    • A High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • A current, valid drivers license with a clean driving record
    • AMAP certification
    • Prior experience in a residential setting is preferred
