Warehouse Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Overseeing the entire operations of the warehouse, including communication with local stores
• Supervision of team: hiring, training, mentoring, development
• Ensure safety protocols and systems are in place and practiced, including state, local and federal regulations
• Ensure all orders are met by company standards, including freshness, packing, etc
• Understanding of warehouse operations, including logistics

Warehouse Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Previous experience with food-related retail, including perishables
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and food-safety standards
• Strong communication skills, including within the company as well as outside the company
• Strong leadership skills: ability to multi-task within a multi-unit company
