General Manager / Chef Manager

Grow your career and make a difference!Sodexo is seeking a strong Chef Manager for a high-profile Corporate Service Clientlocated inNew York, NY. The Chef Manager will provide leadership and supervision for all on-site food service including catering. This position provides supervision for food services at the account to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. The Chef Manager will also implement business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• deliver high quality food service;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• develop strategic plans;
• create a positive environment;
• ability to mutli task and deliver during stressful situations
• be able utilize minimal resources to meet demanding expectations
• and/or ensure Sodexo standards are met.
