Position Title: Production Operator 12 Hour Day or Night Shift

Wage: $20.50/hour

Shift: 12 Hour Days or Nights

Hours: 6:00am 6:00pm or 6:00pm 6:00am (2-2-3 Schedule)


We're looking for Production Operators open to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule in the Sussex area! This is a direct hire position starting at $20.50/hour. Apply now!

Production Operator Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient operation of assigned production equipment and processes

- Operate various automated packaging and processing equipment in the production process

- Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available

- Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed

- Inspect production run and document results.

- Determine and report malfunctions/downtime to appropriate parties

Requirements for Production Operator:

- High School Diploma or GED

- At least one year of related work experience

- Previous production/manufacturing machine operation experience in food or beverage preferred

- Previous experience within high-speed packaging or processing lines an asset

- Knowledge of industrial technology is a plus (HMI interface, labeling equipment, etc.)

- Able to work under minimal supervision

- Basic math skills and reading comprehension
