The Opportunity
This position works out in our facility of Lake Forest IL in the Diagnostics Division.

What Youll Work On
Manage a team that provides broad based support to incentive planning and reporting for a growing business, sales force expansion and realignment, management of important sales force contests and events including Presidents Club, routine ad-hoc analysis, fleet management and 3rd party admin fee payments. This position supports direct sales and service personnel as well as the distribution channel sales force.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to sales and marketing leadership team to maximize sales force ROI based on structure/territory alignment and the related design of incentive compensation plans. Leverage industry expertise; benchmarking; leadership of cross functional sales; marketing; finance and HR teams.
Responsible for management of all sales and service contests.
Develop incentive plans for field sales and service reps including annual bonus plan; SPIFFs and awards.
Assure proper planning and accounting related to incentive plans, spiffs and awards:
- Cost of various incentive plans is accurately planned and gaited in annual financial plan and periodic updates/LBEs
- Calculate and report monthly/quarterly global sales and service bonus and spiff plans; process payments and adhere to controls and corporate policies related thereto
- Assure proper accounting and accruing of incentive compensation plans on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Manage systems required to support processing of bonus
- Act as a conduit between Finance and Commercial Operations
- Calculate and publish as required the stack ranking s related to all sales and service contests, including Presidents Club
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and project support to key sales/service initiatives
- Responsible for managing the accuracy of all data associated with territory realignments or expansion. Implementation of territory alignments in current systems. Liaison with the commercial organization and various departments to ensure successful integration of alignment design into all downstream systems
- Analyze incentive plan of similar businesses periodically and recommend changes to DVP, which will increase sales beyond the current LRP
- Analyze sales organizational structures of similar businesses (territory sizing) periodically and recommend changes to DVP which will increase sales beyond the current LRP
- Continuously update and ensure accuracy of all account listings associated with distribution channel sales and large hospital
- Provide insights in sales compensation and design
- Maintain customer affiliations and admin fee management.
- Continuously analyze structure and efficiency of the sales support specialist staff and make any recommended changed to DVP with financial justification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree: Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, and/or related field.
- 7+ years work experience in related field with responsibility for commercial or financial analysis; preferably in the healthcare industry

The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 $218,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
