JOB SUMMARY

Promotes and fosters teamwork within EMS project crew, monitoring the project as it proceeds, directing and leading the crew toward optimal project productivity, and workplace safety; and, appraising individual and group performance to establish a highly competent crew.

Provides support on EMS job by programming controllers being used, running EMT and wiring up refrigeration compressors, HVAC, RTV and lighting.

Provides project support through welding of transducers, as needed to ensure a timely and quality completion of the projects.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of electrical power systems.

Knowledge of commercial HVAC construction and installation.

Knowledge of some refrigeration.

Skill in computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to communicate well with others.

High school diploma or GED, and trade or technical school classes

7+ years experience in construction or related industry, prefer a license in any of the controllers Source installs.
