Our client, a multinational medical device company is seeking an Administrative Assistantto join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Toxicology Labsupportingthe provision of quality and timely results to clients.The ideal candidate will have Analytical,Interpersonal, andHigh level of attention to detail skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

Whats the Job?

• Enter analytical test data that is received from Tech Is and Tech IIs into the lab database
  
• Collect and compile data for review by Certifying Scientist(s).
  
• Accurately document and record information for the Scientists to review and confirm.
  
• Assist with other administrative and organization tasks as needed.
  
• Refill solvents on LC instruments.
  

Whats Needed?

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  
• Ability to accurately type >40 wpm.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of tools particularly Excel and Outlook.
  
• Experience working in a fast paced production environment.
  
• An AA degree in a scientific or business related discipline preferred
