The Nurse Manager of CathLab will have the wonderful opportunity to join a solid leadership team who are committed to driving excellence in quality in all patient care services.

About the Job:The Cardiac CathLab Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Cardiovascular Services and will oversee a team of 20 direct reports, including a Nursing Team Leader.60% of this role will involve administrative duties including managing HR-related matters, quality and performance improvement, team-building, special projects, and finances; with the other 40% of the role involving management of daily operations of the fast-paced CathLab. There are no on-call requirements for this role!The hours of the Nurse Manager CathLab will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

About YOU:The RN Manager CathLab will possess a BSNDegree, active RN License, along with 3+ years of leadership experience in acute care nursing - whether that be CathLab, CVICU/ Intensive Care, Cardiac Telemetry, or Radiology. The nurse leader will have a strong business acumen, and will promote an overall positive work environment through team-building projects.
