Barre Gardens Nurisng and Rehab is seeking aDirector ofRehabto join our skilled nursing facilityin Barre, VT!

Our physical and occupational therapy clinic is looking for a Rehab Director to help lead day-to-day operations.

Shift(s) Available:

• Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Our physical and occupational therapy clinic is looking for a Rehab Director to help lead day-to-day operations.

• Oversee clinic therapists and assistants
• Ensure that staff licenses are up-to-date
• Ensure compliance with regulations and clinic policies
• Perform documentation audits
• Maintain patient care standards
• Implement new patient programs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a Doctorate, MS, MA, BS, BA or Associates degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
• Three years direct patient care experience , and either one year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or has functioned successfully as a point person under the supervision of a Clinical Operations Area Director for a period of one year.
