Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license prior to placement start.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hour: 36

M/S Tele RN and/or Gerontology

2yrs tele exp req

Will float to similar medical/surgical floors

Exp req in a large teaching facility.

M/S or Gerontology certification Acute and chronic patient with multi system needs.

Geriatric specialty nursing Monday to Sunday
