Reporting to theNurse Manager Surgical Services, the Operating Room Nurse Coordinator is responsible for leading the daily nursing activitiesof the unit. The Operating Room Nurse Coordinator ensures quality patient care, promotes a positive work environment, and provides direct support to the unit Nurse Manager. The Operating Room Nurse Coordinator will also lead staff trainings and assist in personnel evaluations.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree inNursing BSNor working towards degree
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain
• CNOR certification highly preferred
