Here, you will make an impact by:/n * Acts as account lead for client relationships ensuring all current needs are met, future needs are anticipated and service levels are exceeded./n * Manages contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA/xe2/x80/x99s) for products and services that will be performed by the organization/n * Leads client strategy development and account planning efforts within their assigned accounts/n * Leads sales process to grow account revenue by working closely with all applicable internal functional areas./n * Manages account status communications internally and externally/n * Cultivates and maintain senior relationships within assigned client base./n * Maintains a high level of industry knowledge to provide valuable strategic insights to both clients and the Company./n * Subject matter expert on 3M PPS products and supports the sales team for both presentation and closure of sales by developing successful sales strategies and demonstrating solution offerings/n * Provides both internal and external education through a variety of venues including: 1 to 1's, Regional Meetings, Tradeshows, Webinars, etc./n * Assists sales team in responses to sales opportunities such as RFI's, RFP's or proposal development/n * Manages sales forecasting and pipeline across client base and assigned territory./n * Negotiates, manages and nurtures long term contracts and service agreements through complex, long sales cycles/n * Implements best practices and processes including sales performance/xc2/xa0 and client care metrics/nYour Skills and Expertise/xc2/xa0/nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:/n * Bachelor/xe2/x80/x99s Degree or higher from /xc2/xa0(completed and verified prior to start) an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from /xc2/xa0(completed and verified prior to start) an accredited institution and a minimum of fourteen(14) years of client relationship experience in lieu of the Bachelor/xe2/x80/x99s degree education requirement/n * Seven (7) combined years of experience in selling and/or delivering/implementing complex solutions across the healthcare industry/n * Ability to travel up to 75% of the time/nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:/n * Ten (10) years of/xc2/xa0 related healthcare work experience required/xc2/xa0 or Government Healthcare experience/knowledge related to Medicaid/Medicare programs/n * Demonstrated sales and leadership experience required/n * Knowledge of and experience with contract negotiations and contract management/n * Experience working with healthcare payer and provider data preferred/nLocation: Albany, NY; Salt Lake City, UT or Remote/nTravel: May include up to 75% travel/nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized/nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)./nSupporting Your Well-being/xc2/xa0/n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life /xe2/x80/x93 both physically and financially.
