Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required.

12 months of travel experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Must have experience in a Teaching/Academic Hospital. 1 completed travel assignment required within the past 12 months.

36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

Shift: Variable (7,8,9, 1030)

IV skills, port accessing and pick lines exp required.

3 yrs exp ICU, ED, PACU, PEDS or procedural area.

Conscious Sedation and Diagnostic Radiology experience.

Preferred: Moderate sedation competency.

Will work with Adults & Peds

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type)

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
