The Assistant Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will report to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Manager and Director. Accountable for ongoing shift leadership and assisting with overseeing daily department operations, The Assistant Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will serve as a mentor and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Responsible for supervising the department associates and providing patient care when needed, the Assistant Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will take on various leadership responsibilities and develop and implement clinical protocols and standards of care. Supported by a strong team, the Assistant Nurse Manager will work alongside doctors, rehab nurse, physical therapists, case managers, speech - language pathologists, dieticians, clinical psychologists, social workers, and more support staff.
