Craft Massachusetts - Sales Representative - Springfield / Chicopee

What you will do:Capture market share within the Springfield / Chicopee territory through successful sale, distribution and placement of our beer and spirits portfolioBuild business relationships with off premise and on premise buyers and owners in the territoryMaintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned territoryDevelop new accounts within the territoryWork with supplier partners to ensure successful growth of their productsOrganize and execute proper merchandising with permanent and paper POSConduct promotions in accounts on a regular basisHandle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiriesAdhere to accounts receivable collections according to CMA credit policyMaintain thorough knowledge of territory and market conditionsPerform other duties, as assignedWhat we are looking for:
Direct sales experience of at least 2 years in the alcohol industry
Willingness to learn the depths of our beer, spirits, and wine portfolio through continued self educationAbility and willingness to work in both a team environment and independently
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong time management and organizational skillsBA/BS degree

Willingness to work evenings and weekends in order to capture market share
Travel required: 5 days a week in the trade, within assigned territory
Valid and clean drivers license with active auto insurance and access to a vehicle

Physical Demands:Ability to operate a two handed truck loaded with cases of beer or a half keg [ 165lbs ]Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and reach overhead

Ability to carry two cases of beer at at time
