Plumbing Technician (Commercial)

FM2, Lee Companys facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.

This position is responsible for performing maintenance for our commercial customers and performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems while utilizing our technology and great customer service to provide a superior experience for our customers.

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of Facility Service Maintenance Technician Level I experience; 3 years commercial plumbing
• Plumbing Apprenticeship certification, and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Plumbing license a plus
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Technical Skills has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with and repair:
• Efficiently use Trade Specific Tools
• Basic use of Cable Drain Cleaning
• Basic use of Jetting Drain Cleaning Equipment
• Basic Electrical
• Basic Pump Lift Station Diagnosis/Repairs
• Basic Water Heater Diagnosis and Repairs
• Basic Plumbing Fixture installation
