Reporting Structure: The Labor and Delivery Nurse Supervisor will report to the Director Womens Services.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

• Assists with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care of patients and nursing educational programs.
• Assists with input for annual staff performance evaluations.
• Assists in monitoring and investigating Safety Risk Management Reports via the Safety Event Manager (SEM).
