Remote - Eastern or Central US location preferred
The Kantar Analytics Practice (KAP) has made significant investments in the last few years to further expand our capabilities and footprint in emerging analytics subject areas such as Data Engineering, Customer Analytics and Digital & Social Media Analytics. The practice has strong client relationships in data-rich verticals such as consumer goods, beverages, retail, insurance, telecom, entertainment, automotive and hospitality, among others. The Customer Analytics team is focused on helping clients get more insight out of their data. As we strive to offer end-to-end analytics, data engineering and data visualization solutions, we seek a Principal- Customer Analytics with client-facing/onsite experience who is looking for the next step in their analytics career journey.
Why this job is important
This is an onsite marketing consultant role focused on customer analytics work we do for some of our key clients in North America across travel, hospitality retail and healthcare sectors. Among others, this role will be responsible for developing creative analytical solutions to help clients use their customer data to increase their marketing effectiveness, drive campaign return on investment and increase share of wallet. The requires understanding clients marketing objectives, working with offshore delivery team to analyse and extract crucial customer insights using data from several sources, and share these insights with clients in a simple easy to understand way.
What youll be doing
Responsible for growth and development of key CRM account in healthcare domain.
- Assist clients on a day-to-day basis , professionally responding to client needs, questions, solving business problems that drive client satisfaction. Work with offshore domain consultants to ensure high quality of deliverables as well as alignment with clients goals.
- Lead crucial long-term analytics and data visualization projects for clients. Come up with Analytical solutions to clients business problems
- Translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straight-forward way.
- Ensure quality of deliverables going to clients. Ensure alignment on client s requirement with offshore delivery teams.
- Facilitate data/system access and knowledge transfer required to complete the project in time and to clients satisfaction.
The skills & experience needed
- Validated experience consulting and working with clients.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM/Customer analytics.
- Experience in Healthcare domain preferable.
- Deep experience in applied data analysis, including A/B testing and observational causal inference methods.
- Experienced in measuring marketing/campaign effectiveness. Prior (MTA /media experience preferred )
- Experienced user of cloud data platforms (GCP /AWS/AZURE)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.Experienced user of cloud data platforms
- Experienced user of data visualization tools like power bi and Tableau.
- Experienced in leading and working with large offshore delivery teams.
- Comfortable with Python,SAS/SQL/R. Experience on working with databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
- Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build long term relationship with clients.

The salary range for this role in the Georgia is $103,900-173,100/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
