    Sales Account Executive

    Job Summary:

    Six Flags Sales Team is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of School/Youth Sales Account Executive

    to expand our group business and improve our revenue initiatives. They will be charged with managing a large volume of both new and renewal group sales accounts.

    In this role, youll grow our group sales business by maintaining and closing assigned inbound and outbound leads, upselling and educating clients, delivering best in class programs and events that engage the school and youth market, and work directly with your General Sales Manager and Corporate Sales leadership for success.

    Job duties:

    Execute coordinated and timed sales cadence strategy with emphasis on inbound and renewal accounts.

    Communicating with new/renewal customers and following up on assigned leads.

    Conduct virtual and in person sales presentations, phone sales within your assigned business segments.

    Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales upgrade opportunities.

    Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

    Work with your park events/execution teams to ensure seamless event planning and logistics.

    Ensure payments are processed and recorded accurately.

    Keeping up with Six Flags group sales product and service information and updates.

    Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

    Explaining and demonstrating Six Flags features of ticket programs and services.

    Staying informed about competing products and services.

    Upselling products and services.

    Closing sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets tracked within our CRM.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

    Excellent phone, virtual sales and cold calling skills.

    Exceptional customer service skills.

    Strong listening and sales skills.

    Ability to achieve targets
