Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an inpatient position at Wynn Hospital, a newly opened 373-bed community hospital located in Utica, NY. The state-of-the-art campus at Wynn Hospital, part of the Mohawk Valley Health System, has been redesigned as a pedestrian-oriented urban park.

Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the successful candidate will:

• provide exceptional nutrition care to patients on inpatient units;
• be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process;
• work every 5th weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage;
• mentor and train dietetic interns;and
• efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, this must be a masters degree)

Credentials Requirement:

• Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
