    Full Job Description:

    Summary: The Payroll Administrator's responsibilities include ensuring all Pack Members within the organization are paid in an accurate and timely fashion. Full-cycle payroll processing in a multi-state environment, and record, maintain and update payroll procedures. This position is high volume payroll processing for our 10,000+ Pack Members across the organization.

    Duties:

    • Responsible for timely, accurate multi-state full-cycle payroll processing for assigned lodges
    • Accountable for importing and balancing timekeeping information and adjustments
    • Communicate with department directors on timekeeping edits and approvals -- reviews timesheets on an ongoing basis to ensure timely completion of payroll processing
    • Work closely with resort Human Resources and Finance teams
    • Research payroll discrepancies
    • Process payroll journal entry file
    • Process wage attachments
    • Process tax documents
    • Provide ad hoc reports as requested
    • Accept cross training duties with payroll team
    • Assist with preparing and providing information for audits and auditor inquires
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
    • Continuously improve, appropriately document and effectively follow work processes

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least three years of relevant experience processing payroll in a high volume, multi-state environment
    • Demonstrated high level of integrity and commitment to accuracy
    • Demonstrated ability to execute accurate data entry in a high volume, fast paced and changing environment
    • Demonstrated attention to detail
    • Demonstrated strong customer service mindset and attitude
    • Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills
    • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and desire for advancing the organization
    • Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours to ensure payroll deadlines are met

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ultimate Software (UKG/Ultipro) payroll experience
    • Experience with a workforce management/labor management systems
    • Team oriented, collaborative and collegial working style
    • Open and direct communication style
