This position will function as a member of the Basic Software (BSW) technical operation team in the SWX organization at Stellantis. The candidate will be responsible for helping various agile teams in the BSWE organization that can work across multiple cross functional areas, identify gaps and improve the BSW process in an agile environment. Responsibilities include supporting all scrum ceremonies, managing quality assurance of basic software, training employees on process, support in procurement of SW integration tools and licenses. Develop and create the process, tools and metrics for operational efficiency, monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness; creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency; working closely with SME (Subject Matter Experts) on technical and process definition.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
- 3 years of experience in the software development environment
- 2 years of experience in program management
- Experienced in project management KPI's and metrics measurement
- Possess strong initiative, problem solving skills, and ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Experienced in software development life cycle management
- Facilitate cross-team technical issue resolution
- Understanding an Agile/Scrum software development process
- Good communication skills and the ability to interface with Algorithm developers, system architecture team, vehicle integration and validation engineering organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science from an ABET accredited university
- Knowledge and understanding of an automotive OEM
- Familiarity with script automation and continuous integration
- Experience in automotive product development process like ASPICE, V-model
