    Job Title: Customer Service Professional

    This job provides front -line HR support and information to HR, managers, and employees on basic to complex HR topics with emphasis on payroll.

    Location: Orlando FL. 32817

    Pay Range: Starting at $20.00 P/HR

    Whats the Job?

    • Answer calls, emails, and inquires on a variety of HR topics, with a focus on payroll.
    • Research and retrieve information using company resources and case management system.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels.

    Whats Needed?

    • 2-5yrs of relevant experience in a HR support or customer service role.
    • Preferred experience with payroll process and knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
    • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite and related technologies.
    • Spanish fluency preferred.

    Whats in it for me?
