Sodexohas an outstanding opportunity for aClinical Nutrition Manager (Registered Dietitian) to manage the Clinical Nutrition program at Jackson South and West Medical Centers. Jackson South is a 200 bed hospital and Jackson West is a 100 bed hospital.

The successful candidate will:
- supervise a team of 6 entry level and experienced registered dietitians between the two facilities;
- be responsible for regulatory readiness and review (TJC/state/Federal), and maintaining company standards;
- foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
- be the primary liaison with the medical team and nursing staff;
- proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that is integral to moving efforts of the department forward;
- drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects; and
- provide nutrition care to a variety of patient units as needed.

- be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience;
- have a minimum of one year lead or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development;
- demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills; and
- have a track record of proactive interaction with the medical team.

Qualifications & Requirements:Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degreewith completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
[Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, a masters degree will be required]
Basic Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners
Credentials Requirement:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
